Graham, a qualified chartered accountant, spent his early career at Arthur Andersen & Co, where he worked in the firm’s audit, insolvency and management consultancy and training divisions. This was followed by a 15 year tenure at Kaplan in a number of senior roles, pioneering the launch of its online training function and vocational part of the business.

In 2012, Graham became the Chief Operating Officer at BPP where he successfully restructured the business, delivering four years of continuous growth across both the UK and global business entities whilst launching market leading, data-led learning solutions.

Following a brief period as Chief Operating Officer for one of the largest providers of software solutions and data analytics to global automotive brands, Graham returned to BPP as Chief Executive Officer with a clear strategy to continue to grow the business across multiple geographies.

Graham holds a BA Accounting & Business Finance from the University of Manchester and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) where he has sat on both the Assessment Committee and LPD Board.
